Kaleida Health's Human Resources Service Center is seeking a dedicated HRSC Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for payroll, benefits and other HR COEs. You will assist employees and leaders, guiding them through self-service resources and policies. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, escalating complex issues to Tier 2/3, and maintaining accuracy while working a hybrid schedule at Buffalo General Medical Center.
