Provider Support Specialist

Providing comprehensive support to healthcare providers, the full-time remote Provider Support Specialist will manage inquiries regarding network enrollment, claims submissions, and technology troubleshooting while ensuring effective communication and assistance within the Helpdesk operations. Key responsibilities Provide coverage of the Provider Network Helpdesk phone and assist providers with credentialing and EHR navigation Respond to provider inquiries via phone, email, and written communication while documenting interactions accurately Maintain departmental resources and assist in administrative tasks, including managing provider specialty lists and insurance tracking databases Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent with three years of office experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting is preferred Knowledge of computerized record-keeping techniques and state regulations related to enrollment Ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships
