Integrated Circuit Designer

Responsibilities: Performing design and layout of superconductor digital and mixed-signal circuits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ph.D. or MSEE
- More than five years’ experience
- Proficiency in computer-aided design tools, such as CADENCE
- Experience with either analog RF circuit design or high-speed digital circuit design
- Familiarity with Rapid Single Flux Quantum logic
- Laboratory experience in evaluation of high-speed circuits
