Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hourShift: 1st 
3 Month Contract position  What’s a typical day as Supply Chain Specialist? You’ll be:

• Supporting the Supply Chain team by coordinating purchasing and material activities to ensure the availability of materials for production schedules.
• Creating, updating, and expediting purchase orders; following up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery dates.
• Monitoring material availability, resolving purchase order discrepancies, and communicating with internal teams about shortages or delays.
• Providing updates on open orders and critical materials in weekly meetings.
• Coordinating with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintaining accurate purchasing and material data in SAP, including lead times, pricing, and vendor details.
• Assisting with material replenishment, inventory tracking, and supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Performing routine SAP transactions and helping maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material master data.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
• Have 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory coordination (required).
• Have experience using SAP or another ERP system (required) and S4Hana SAP Experience highly preferred.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Possess strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
