Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Our client is a fast-growing technology organization seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of a high-performing Professional Services organization. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency, drive billing accuracy, create executive-level reporting, and help scale business operations. What You'll Do As the Senior Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while providing leadership with the insights needed to make strategic decisions. Responsibilities include: Own and manage the end-to-end professional services billing process Partner with Finance to ensure accurate billing, revenue tracking, and invoice reconciliation Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports Analyze utilization, project performance, revenue trends, backlog, and operational KPIs Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership Monitor billing accuracy and help improve operational processes Assist with resource planning and project tracking Support leadership with meeting preparation, reporting, and administrative coordination Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams to improve business processes Maintain data accuracy across operational systems Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce revenue leakage Help standardize reporting and operational workflows as the organization continues to grow What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications Experience supporting billing and financial operations Strong reporting and data analysis experience Experience creating executive-level reports and dashboards Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational and project coordination abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments Experience improving operational processes and workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling light administrative responsibilities in support of leadership Preferred Experience Professional Services or consulting operations experience Experience working with project-based billing Experience with CRM and project management platforms Experience with OpenAir and/or NetSuite Experience supporting resource planning and utilization reporting Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, finance, and analytics.
