What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and document each patient's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to support sustainable advancement.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to provide holistic, coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle modifications that promote long-term success and prevent future injuries.

Education Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported.

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas.
• Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, sports rehab) is a strong advantage.

Skills and Experience

• Prior clinical or outpatient setting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
