Digital Analytics Implementation Manager - Web & Mobile Measurement

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Analytics Implementation Manager with strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and AppsFlyer to lead web and mobile analytics implementation, measurement validation, and QA. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate tracking, attribution, event measurement, and data quality across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, validate, and troubleshoot GA4 and GTM across web applications.
Validate AppsFlyer iOS/Android SDK integrations, install attribution, events, deep linking, and postbacks.
Support Branch-to-AppsFlyer migrations and validate campaign and event continuity.
Design repeatable QA processes for event tracking, conversions, parameters, and data quality.
Reconcile GA4 and AppsFlyer data and perform root cause analysis.
Validate user identity and cross-device tracking.
Partner with engineering teams to resolve analytics implementation issues.
Create tracking health reports covering implementation status, issues, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

4 6 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Measurement Implementation, or Analytics Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager .
Experience with GTM event configuration, debugging, and dataLayer validation .
Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer and mobile SDK implementations.
Experience with iOS and Android attribution, deep linking, postbacks, and install tracking.
Experience with Branch-to-AppsFlyer migration or similar attribution migrations.
Knowledge of iOS ATT and Android attribution.
Experience with GA4 DebugView, AppsFlyer Debug/Test Console, Charles Proxy , or similar tools.
Strong analytics QA and validation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) .
Experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio .
Knowledge of Consent Mode, GDPR, privacy-first measurement, and cookieless tracking.
Experience supporting multiple web and mobile applications.
GA4, AppsFlyer, GTM, or Tealium certifications.
