You will:Advise homeowners on achieving peak comfort and improved air quality through their HVAC system.Meet or exceed sales goals set by management.Analyze single‑family homes and understand what construction constraints mean for equipment selection.Perform accurate heat load calculations and apply them during the sales process.Measure existing equipment for seamless installation planning.Document sales notes cleanly in our CRM and consistently follow up with unresolved leads.Conduct post‑installation reviews and verify quality control.Complete paperwork (tickets, invoices, work orders, timecards, etc.) on time and accurately.Follow all company policies and directives from management.Would you excel in this position?
