We're hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores, where you’ll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and ways we can be a HUGE benefit to their home. Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations. Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs. Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments. Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and enthusiastically. Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals. Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation. Qualifications What You Need You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
