What You ll Do

• Provide expert clinical care to patients in a Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a Level II NICU at San Martin Campus
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists
• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses and ancillary staff
• Promote a healthy work/life balance through flexible scheduling

What You Need

• Valid medical license and certification in Neonatology
• BC/BE in Neonatology
• Prior experience working in a NICU environment preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
