Join Trane Technologies as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer in La Crosse, WI! In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes. Your cross-functional team will be focused on delivering quality, safety, and operational efficiency improvements.

What you will do:

• Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process, product and system issues, including root cause investigations, data analysis, corrective action planning, and system updates as needed.

• Develop and support cost-effective, safe and scalable manufacturing processes, and the supporting digital systems required to execute, monitor, and improve operations.

• Design and support manufacturing flow lines, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.

• Uphold manufacturing standards and master data including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.

• Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.

• Troubleshoot MES technical, transactional and configuration issues; support end users; and drive adoption through effective training and documentation.

• Serve as a voice of the customer for input for new design development.

• Partner with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• PFMEA experience preferred.

• Ability to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.

• Effective communication at multiple levels coupled with ability to build relationships.

• Growth mindset – desire to expand technical skillset.

• Results-driven to maintain accountability and customer-focus.

• Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines.

• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply;we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
