Now, we're looking to add a Project Manager – Special Projects to the team.

What You'll Do

This isn't a sit-back-and-manage role—you'll be in the driver's seat, building relationships, leading projects, and making real-time decisions that move work forward.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors
• Strengthen partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead multiple projects from kickoff through closeout
• Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules with confidence
• Navigate change orders, revisions, and evolving project needs
• Help modernize and improve processes—including leveraging AI and new technologies

Day-to-Day Impact

You'll touch every part of the project lifecycle, including:

• Budgeting & cost control
• Scheduling & manpower coordination
• Change orders & billings
• Equipment & material buyouts
• Subcontractor management
• RFIs & coordination drawings
• Submittals & closeout
• Commissioning, training, and turnover
• Driving client satisfaction—and future opportunities

• Competitive salary: $110,000–$130,000 DOE
