Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment.We Offer:Great working environmentMedicalDental and Vision insurance401k & Roth IRAPaid VacationResponsibilities:Perform basic and routine accounting functionsAssist with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes; reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit, credit card deposit, update receivable ledgerResearch and process bad checks for collectionPost accounts payable invoicesPrepare accounts payable checksResearch and answer all receivable and vendor inquiriesHandle all warranty and aftermarket cancellationsAssist in processing car dealsProcess contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPrepare title documents.Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor VehiclesCompile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.QualificationsAutomotive dealership experience is requiredExperience working with CDK is also required3-5 years experience working in Accounting rolePositive attitude & very outgoing personalityExceptional written & oral communication skillsAbility to multi task
