Role Overview

This role is central to driving revenue through a portfolio of partners. The Partner Seller serves as the main point of contact for partner sellers, including champ teams, inside representatives, and account executives. The focus is on enabling and supporting partners to protect, grow, and acquire revenue rather than owning end-customer relationships directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect, grow, and acquire revenue across the partner portfolio, driving year-over-year growth via partner-sourced pipeline.
• Drive YoY growth via partner-sourced pipeline
• Enablement: Land account lists and sales plays on a recurring cadence
• Supply call guides, compete positioning, pricing, objection handling
• Onboard and certify new partner sellers
• Deal execution: Support partner-owned deals end to end internal approvals, escalations, white-glove on strategic opportunities without displacing the partner seller
• Business Intelligence: Build ranked, high-propensity target lists partner sellers work over the next four weeks; map SMEC/SMB coverage, flag lapsed accounts, refresh cycles, compete risk, and attach opportunities
• Lead management: Route Microsoft-generated Surface opportunities to the right partner seller with context and a next step
• Own status end to end with closed-loop reporting back to the field
• Orchestration: Quarterback across Microsoft, partner, and distribution
• Run ECIF/incentive programs
• Shape strategic initiatives like Agentic AI sales programs and AI device positioning

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training is required.

Experience: 8-10 years of required experience. This includes a track record of driving revenue through other sellers and experience in channel or partner sales within devices or commercial IT.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in deal registration, special pricing, incentives, and reseller alliance terms. Strong analytics skills for building account lists and coverage models are necessary.
