Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,365 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in North Providence, Rhode Island.

• Shift: Nights, 3×12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for adult Med/Surg telemetry patients.
• Assess patients and monitor cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and IV therapy.
• Start and maintain IV lines.
• Document patient care in Meditech .
• Use Omnicell medication dispensing system.
• Communicate using SBAR .
• Float to other units as needed.
• Work every other weekend.
• Collaborate with PT, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Social Services, and Rapid Response teams.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year RN experienceFirst-time travelers acceptedRI RN license or Compact license (pending RI license accepted, but must be active before start)BLS & ACLS requiredExperience with:TelemetryIV therapyStarting and maintaining IVs
