Remote Personal Assistant for AI Training

Provide remote personal assistant support for a client project at an AI data lab, applying strong administrative and communication skills to organize workflows, manage tasks, and contribute real-world input that improves training data for next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and administrative expertise are the priority.

• Coordinate and manage digital calendars, appointments, and daily tasks to maintain smooth schedules and handoffs.
• Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments at once while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Draft, edit, and proofread written communications and documents with clear, professional tone and accuracy.
• Facilitate effective remote communication among stakeholders through proactive updates, follow ups, and meeting preparation.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and tracking systems for project related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions to increase project efficiency and organization.
• Provide detailed input, feedback, and real world context for tasks that will be used to improve AI training data quality.

• Preferred 5 plus years of hands on experience in personal assistance, executive support, or administrative roles.
• Required skills include strong organization, time management, multitasking, clear communication, and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly.
• Proven ability to manage priorities in remote or distributed environments.
• Experience using digital calendars, cloud document platforms, and collaboration software.
