York Employment is seeking an Office Assistant in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. This role supports daily administrative operations to ensure efficient and timely office performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily office tasks and special projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Perform administrative duties including data entry, report creation, and correspondence
Learn and support core office functions such as:- Quotes and work orders
- Field service reports
- Scheduling
- Outsourcing coordination for new business
Maintain a professional, organized, and secure work environment
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior office experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
