Provides financial advisory support to County departments and elected officials by resolving grant‑related issues, reviewing internal controls, and recommending process improvements. Contributes to the development and implementation of financial procedures related to grant management, transaction processing, data collection, reporting, archiving, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on efficiency and consistency. Researches and stays current on evolving Federal and State regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance across assigned grant programs.
