You will work with departments across the company, both within the US and globally, to provide leadership and advice on a wide range of industry and commercial legal matters.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and leading the company's legal strategy and risk managementEnsuring compliance across all jurisdictions where the company operatesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), and vendor contracts, ensuring terms protect the company's interests while facilitating a streamlined sales cycleCollaborating closely with product, engineering, and security teams to identify and mitigate legal risks related to data protection, intellectual property (IP), and the handling of sensitive data across all product development and service deliveryPartnering cross-functionally to understand business needs, improve processes, and provide right-sized legal support to enable the achievement of corporate goalsDeveloping and driving policies and procedures designed to enhance regulatory and business standards compliance and support the company's objectivesSupervising and coordinating with outside counsel as necessary
