University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established care plans and protocols.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor and document patient condition and progress accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques.
Maintain all necessary documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
Prior experience in home health or related nursing field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
