Property Manager

Job Description Job Description Our small real estate company is seeking a Property Manager. We are looking for a person that enjoys working independently, requires minimal supervision, but also knows when to ask questions if help is needed. The job provides flexibility in hours and is a great place to further your real estate career including launching your own business in real estate. Responsibilities: Attract qualified tenants / advertising and staging Monthly collections and reporting Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and improve properties to increase return on investment / be able to work with contractors Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion including tracking Enforce lease policies and suggest lease improvements Market pricing analysis to ensure properties are competitively priced Prepare and complete evictions as needed Monthly / Quarterly / Annual P&L Analysis Work with code enforcement to ensure properties are in compliance with city ordinance Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in property management preferred Familiarity withreal estate contracts and leases Basic knowledge of Texas residential tenancy laws Knowledge of Excel required and Windows operating system Excellent organization skills Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Ability to multitask and prioritize Bilingual a bonus (English/Spanish)
