Surgical Technologist – Join Our Innovative Healthcare Team!

Schedule:

4-Day Workweek, 10-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Surgeon: Be a vital part of the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during procedures with precision.
• Maintain the OR: Ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient operating room environment before, during, and after surgery.
• Prepare Equipment: Make sure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and fully operational.
• Collaborate: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and the surgical team to provide excellent patient care.
• Ensure Safety: Follow strict safety protocols and infection control guidelines to maintain the highest standards of care.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Associate's degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
• Certification: Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certification in Surgical Technology within 6 months of hire.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, able to handle fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Composure: Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities.
