CLINICIANS MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING ALL SHIFTS OUTLINED BELOW(Leadership works to ensure shift preferences are accommodated, but cannot guarantee any shift requests. The schedule is completed in advance so clinicians have proper notice) SUBMISSION WILL NOT SENT TO FACILITY UNTIL AM RECIEVES WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT CLINICIAN UNDERSTANDS SHIFT REQUIREMENTS OFFERS WILL BE CONTINGENT ON INTERVIEW WITH MANAGER

Shift: 4x10 variable shifts, The shifts in X-ray are 0400, 0600, 0700, 0900, 1300, 1800, 2000 - shifts are self scheduled, but this goes in order of seniority NO CALL

Daily Caseload: 30-35 scans/shift

Certs REQ: ARRT, BLS, CA License
Call required - No
Float required - To meet unit needs
Weekend coverage - EOW, may exceed to meet facility needs
# weekend shifts -6 weekend shifts per schedule (6 weeks)
Open to accommodating block schedule-Per manager discretion
Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
