What You’ll Do: Review certifications & resident eligibility Conduct file audits & compliance reviews Support HUD, LIHTC, HOME & RD compliance efforts Assist onsite teams with training & regulatory guidance Help communities stay inspection and audit ready What We’re Looking For: Affordable housing compliance experience Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, EIV & Fair Housing Strong attention to detail & organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Work Hours & Benefits: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch. Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience.
