Job Title: Bartender and Server at The Marina Lodge Restaurant Job Responsibilities As a Bartender and/or Server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Crafting and serving a diverse range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and consistency. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborating with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient service. Taking orders accurately and delivering dishes and drinks promptly. REQUIREMENTS We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender and server in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is preferred, but not required if confident in learning quickly and self‑motivated. Proficiency in crafting cocktails and knowledge of wine and beverage offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
