As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational processes, improving workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help the business scale.

What You'll Do

• Execute operational processes and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

• Manage daily workflows, monitor task queues, and resolve exceptions.

• Investigate discrepancies, analyze data, and help maintain operational accuracy.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve internal processes.

• Assist with testing new workflows, documenting procedures, and supporting operational initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process improvements, and better documentation.

• Communicate updates and outcomes to internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Approximately 1–3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup, technology company, consulting firm, or professional services environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving problems with limited direction.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams to drive operational outcomes.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

• Exposure to SQL or data analysis is a plus.

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, payments, or another regulated industry is a plus.
