ConnectWise is seeking a Technical Support Specialist II to assist partners in diagnosing and resolving product issues. You will work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot, document, and provide high-quality support via email, phone, chat, and remote sessions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a technical service role, strong communication, and a passion for helping partners optimize their use of ConnectWise products.
