Job Description : Note : We need only W2 Candidates Administer and maintain SAP systems including S/4HANA 2023, Solution Manager, Fiori, and related components. Perform system monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Manage SAP transports with ChaRM, client copies, system refreshes, and system landscape synchronization. Administer SAP users, roles, authorizations, LDAP integration, and security compliance. Configure and maintain RFC connections, SAP routers, interfaces, and communication channels. Support SAP upgrades, enhancement packages, kernel updates, and patch management. Monitor batch jobs, background processing, system logs, and database performance. Configure and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies. Support cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS) and infrastructure integration. Collaborate with functional, development, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements. Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and system standards. Participate in on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis activities.
