Abatement Lead/Foreman

We are seeking a full-time Abatement Technician or Supervisor who will lead a crew in the safe and effective mitigation and abatement of state and federally regulated building materials. This role involves on-site demolition and task execution according to the scope of work while adhering to safety precautions. The ideal candidate will possess a general knowledge of environmental services and either have experience as an abatement technician or be eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as a crew leader and laborer for the abatement team.
• Properly mitigate and abate regulated building materials.
• Perform demolition and other tasks on-site according to the project scope.
• Follow all necessary safety precautions and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, hand tools, carpentry, inspection, concrete, general labor, and framing.
• Proficient in technology usage, such as cell phones.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Fluency in English.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
