BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our established primary care practice in Shiloh, Illinois . This opportunity represents a replacement for a respected physician and offers the ability to step into an existing patient panel with immediate access to a strong referral network and growing community demand.

We are seeking a highly skilled, clinically excellent physician who values evidence-based medicine, quality outcomes, and building meaningful patient relationships. Practice Highlights

• 0.9 – 1.0 FTE
• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine
• Established patient panel with immediate volume
• No hospital responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $300K two-year guarantee for resident physicians
• $330K+ two-year guarantee for practicing physicians (negotiable, based on current wRVU/ productivity)

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
