Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager

EH&S Manager We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong culture of workplace safety. This role is responsible for developing and implementing EH&S policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, leading incident investigations, managing training programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate will have: * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants without a degree but with transferable skills, knowledge, and experience in EH&S are encouraged to apply. * Several years of progressive EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferrable automotive. * Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for OSHA and State * Experience with compliance reporting, audits, and corrective actions, * Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels are essential. * Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are preferred.
