Schedule: This is a full-time position with a primarily consistent schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Occasional flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays may be needed to support applicant needs. This individual will partner closely with operational, clinical, and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.Essential Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle physician recruitment from sourcing through onboardingDevelop recruitment strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill specialtiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesCoordinate site visits, interviews, and contract processesRepresent the health system at national conferences and recruitment eventsMaintain accurate reporting and recruitment metricsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
