Key Responsibilities Oversee banquet events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to breakdown. Lead and mentor banquet staff, providing clear direction and training. Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with event planners and culinary teams to ensure seamless service. Monitor banquet setup, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Manage banquet inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations. Address guest concerns professionally and promptly. Qualifications Previous banquet or hospitality leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and team management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
