NatureWorks is hiring great people to start or continue their careers in landscape construction. We build beautiful outdoor spaces in the metro-west area of Boston and would love for you to consider looking into a career opportunity with us! Construction Crew members will help and assist the team leader with keeping the job moving safely and efficiently, while crafting and learning new skills. Team members must be reliable, like learning new things and enjoy working outdoors with others.

What We Do?

Our construction teams build, replace, repair, and fine tune a number of items in the landscape. Whether it is replacing a poorly performing lawn with new turf, or creating a brand new landscape with specialty features such as outdoor kitchens and fire features, we do it all! We have two specialized construction divisions that are tailored for specific tasks, and daily requests.

Our Design/Build division handles jobs that are designed by a landscape architect and are built off a scaled design. We perform site work with heavy equipment, install hardscape components, specialty features, and finish things off with plants and turf. These jobs range from $80k to a million dollars.
