Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI
• Strong adaptability and the ability to perform well in a high-pressure emergency care environment
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Meditech and emergency care equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Department
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring/interpretation
• Support rapid response workflows for patients needing timely intervention
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, technicians, and unit support staff to provide quality clinical care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established emergency nursing protocols
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs while contributing to a positive team culture
