Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license or compact/multi-state RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• LTAC nursing or telemetry experience preferred

RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to LTAC and telemetry patients
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Develop and implement nursing plans in accordance with policy and best practice
• Administer medications, treatments, and ordered interventions
• Support patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clinical competencies
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks as appropriate
