Job Summary

Analyzes and defines direct material requirements, coordinating with the purchasing team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials to support production. | Collaborates with engineering to identify material needs for customer return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and manages the execution of RMA shop orders. | Develops direct material forecasts to support site revenue planning and program profitability analysis. | May serve as a backup to other team members in production planning.

Essential Functions

• Provides support by planning and tracking material needed for production schedules.
• Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials to manufacture products.
• Works to resolve and takes corrective action for materials issues impacting production schedules while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.
• Analyze, plan, schedule, and initiate procurement actions.
• Ensures materials are cost effective.
• Assists in determining and ensuring the quality of materials.
• Execute material that required outside processing.

Required Qualifications

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
• Discipline/Major: Business Administration/Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills. Computer skills. Planning skills. Leadership skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
• Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Pay Range (USD)

Min- $94,600 - Max $128,000

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process.

Additional Compensation

Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
