Position: Administrative Coordinator/Program Coordinator

What does an Administrative Assistant with Paul Davis do?

• Direct report to office manager and owner
• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds support
• Office administrative duties
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Improves the community by serving others
• Learns new things about construction and building homes

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
