The ideal candidate has strong training in structured literacy and a passion for supporting students’ reading development through evidence-based practices. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with and coach classroom teachers on best practices in literacy instruction. Job Requirements Provide individualized, one-to-one reading instruction aligned with the student's IEP goal. Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and ongoing assessment. Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers as appropriate. Support and coach classroom teachers, as needed, on best literacy practices and instructional strategies. Maintain clear documentation of instruction and student progress. At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor degree preferred.
