TM Associates Management, Inc. is growing its residential portfolio and is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable apartment communities.

Pay range to be confirmed — pending compensation review.

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in property management; regional property manager experience a must.

Experience working in affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8 required.

New construction/rehab experience preferred.

Employee development and training experience.

Budgeting and financial reporting.

Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Third party management experience a plus.

CPM/COS/TCS/HCCP certification or equivalent.

Excellent salary and company benefits.

Salary description $65,000 - $70,000.
