Production Assembler

Lancaster, PA

Shifts: 5AM-3:20PM ($17.25) | 3:20PM-1:30AM ($18.25)

Position Summary
The Assembler is responsible for producing and assembling various types of filters according to production specifications. This role involves hands-on manufacturing tasks such as assembling components, applying materials, inspecting finished products, and supporting efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Assemble filters and components to meet quality standards.

• Perform production tasks including wrapping, capping, welding, cutting, and applying adhesives.

• Inspect products for quality and complete production documentation.

• Use basic computer systems for work orders and inventory tracking.

• Assist with material handling, packaging, and shipping preparation.

• Make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Support continuous improvement and inventory activities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
Commitment to working safely and following all environmental, health, and safety guidelines.

Skills & Abilities

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals) for measurements and reporting.
Ability to use measuring tools and follow detailed instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements
Must have steel toe boots.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and support a fast-paced production environment.
