Restoration Supervisor

Restoration Supervisor SERVPRO of Buckeye is hiring a Restoration Supervisor. Responsibilities include coordinating, monitoring, and performing restoration work to fulfill service needs and provide a positive customer experience, estimating work based on incoming customer calls and dispatching tasks to appropriate teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. Manage customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities. Thoroughly document restoration projects and support services provided. Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects. Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members. Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned. Coach and train restoration technicians. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction. Valid IICRC certification. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects. Ability to work with and around cleaning agents. Pay Starts at $23.00 - $25.00 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay.
