Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements: 1 year of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred. Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial. Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do: As an Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards. The Assembler plays an important role in manufacturing by assembling products that meet engineering specifications and customer expectations. This position requires technical ability, strong work habits, and careful attention to assembly quality. Successful Assembler candidates understand manufacturing procedures, assembly techniques, and quality inspection practices while supporting efficient production and workplace safety.
