Assistant Director Of Rehabilitation (Ador)

Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to work in a skilled nursing facility.

ADOR Responsibilities:

• Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.
• Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
• Assist therapists as assigned by the director

Requirements Include:

• The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP)
• Prior therapy experience in long-term care / sub-acute settings
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required
• Positive, team-player attitude
• Understanding Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regulatory of the therapy services at the state and federal level
