Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the timely progression of cases. Maintain open and regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments and provide legal advice. Stay updated with the latest legal trends, rulings, and regulations related to commercial litigation to provide accurate legal advice and ensure compliance. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm\'s client base and enhance its reputation in the legal community. Job Details Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm setting. Active membership in the state bar. Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
