Location: New YorkDepartment: Administrative SupportExperience Level: Experience ProfessionalsContact: Elizabeth DennehyJob ID: REQ8458The Investment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Longaeva’s investment team by managing scheduling, assisting with corporate access logistics, earnings calls coordination, and travel arrangements. The individual ensures seamless operations across multiple time zones, facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders, and provides administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and intense environment.Key Responsibilities• Calendar Support and Schedulingo Manage and coordinate buy-side and sell-side interactions, expert network calls, post-earnings call-backs, and conference logistics.o Ensure detailed scheduling and alignment across multiple time zones.• Earningso Monitor and track relevant company earnings calls and releases.o Organize post-earnings calls with sell-side analysts and pull transcripts.o Assist with scheduling all management post-earnings call-backs and coordinate with relevant investment staff.• Corporate Accesso Track and manage corporate access requests.o Maintain detailed records of upcoming events.o Organize logistics for investment team to attend conferences, NDRs (non-deal roadshows), investor days, bus tours, and presentations.• Travel Coordination & Expenseso Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel.o Handle expense submissions and provide as needed support to the team with reimbursements.• Office Supporto Provide front desk assistance and general office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Qualifications & Attributes• Skills/Attributeso Thrive in a culture of rigor, high standards, and tenacity.o Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail across all responsibilities.o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.o Pivot between competing priorities and meet deadlines with ease.o Show a willingness to learn new software systems and processes.o Exhibit a desire to improve, grow, and develop professionally.o A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.• Education:o Bachelor’s degree
