Waldman Department of Dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is dedicated to delivering superior, comprehensive dermatologic care that exceeds patient expectations, and to advancing the science of dermatology through research and education.From preparing the next generation of leaders, to providing cutting-edge and cost-effective treatment, the Department of Dermatology thrives on a passion to improve the lives of patients through science.The Laboratory Coordinator I performs basic and routine diagnostic laboratory procedures within certified labs in the school.NOTE: THE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION WILL PRIMARILY BE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.ResponsibilitiesPerforms basic and routine diagnostic procedures for the isolation and identification of microbial pathogens from clinical specimens.Prepare specimens and operates automated analyzers. The salary range for the role is $27.1439 - $27.9183 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
