Shift Schedule: Full-Time (Mon - Fri), (No Night, Weekend, On-call)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care with a strong focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans for patients
• Manage chronic illnesses and monitor ongoing patient health
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate care
• Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• M.D., D.O, required
• Active and unrestricted California medical license
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
• Previous outpatient or hospital-based experience preferred
