What You'll Do Supervise, train, and develop the billing and cash application team Ensure timely and accurate invoice creation, distribution, and customer portal uploads Oversee the timely application of customer cash receipts Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Project Management, and other internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, credit issuance, and order‑entry updates Partner with the Credit & Collections team on dispute resolution and collection matters Identify and implement AR process improvements and efficiency enhancements Analyze data, identify trends, and present process‑improvement recommendations Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for billing and cash application Support internal and external audits as needed What Experience You'll Have Bachelor’s degree in business required Strong understanding of accounting concepts 5–10 years of professional experience in a similar AR leadership role Manufacturing environment experience preferred Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficient working in a large ERP and fast‑paced environment Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Vernovis
