Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment
• Deliver both direct therapy and indirect consultative services as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
